The Shaoyang City Administrative Center Project in Hunan is one of the "Top Ten Livelihood Projects" determined by the Shaoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It is located in Yunshui Township, Shuangqing District.
The overall plan is based on the layout of "one core, four districts" and "product". The "one core" mainly constructs four office buildings of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government, and the CPPCC, as well as the government affairs center, the petition center, the conference center and Armed Police Detachment, Archives, etc.: "Two Axis" is centered on the main building of the administrative center, along the north-south and east-west to form a landscape axis and a functional axis; the "four districts" are planning and layout of citizen park areas and etiquette in the administrative center area. Plaza area, administrative office area and internal landscape area.
The project uses LINKBASIC products with a total of nearly 16,000 information points, respectively 5300 points for internal network data, 5300 points for external network data, 5300 points for voice, 1000 points for fiber to the desktop, and a total of 250 42U cabinets in the computer room and wiring closet.
